What To Expect

The Pre-Visit

Your experience starts at our online booking site. When you submit an appointment request, we will double check that the date, time, and service aligns with our customized hair plan, and we'll make it a date!

Once your appointment is confirmed you will receive our new guest welcome packet in your inbox. This will include all the details such as how to navigate the area, a bit about us and more! 

​

The day of your appointment, you will arrive at our salon studio, located within a collective space of professionals in Warrenville. We offer ample parking in our private lot, making your visit seamless and stress-free. You’ll know you’ve arrived when you see the 'Salon Brielle' sign on our front door. 

The Consultation

Once you make your way inside, we'll begin with a thorough  15-minute consultation. Here, we'll discuss not only the expectations for today but your lifestyle, budget, and ultimate hair goals to formulate the perfect look for you.

If you're here for a blonding session, all treatments and formulas will be logged in our records system so that it is ready and waiting for you at each visit. 

After Goodbye

Throughout the session together, we will recommend a styling regimen to recreate and maintain your look at home. At that time we will also go over our customized hair schedule and maintenance plan to map out your follow-up appointments, so you never miss a chance to see us!

Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive a personal message from us, thanking you for your time and ensuring all your needs were met. We’ll also send your detailed, personalized aftercare routine straight to your inbox. Be sure to add us to your contacts so you never miss an important update from us!

The New Guest Maintenance Session

A Maintenance Foil refreshes your look by adding brightness to the most visible areas—around your hairline, framing your face, and through the crown. This service includes a shine-enhancing gloss to refine your highlights, a haircut & style and a restorative treatment to preserve vibrancy and integrity. Perfect for new guests who are currently 2-3 months out from their last color session!

The New Guest Complete Session

This all-inclusive package provides complete coverage for beautiful, dimensional color—perfect for those who love half-up styles or updos. Whether you’re after a low-maintenance or a freshly highlighted finish, this service includes multiple formulations to enhance your color, plus a haircut & style and a restorative enhancement to maintain the health and vibrancy of your hair. For new guests who are currently 4-5 months between appointments!

The New Guest Specialty Blonding  Session

Achieve your dream blonde with soft, natural color and lived-in tones. This all-inclusive session includes custom gloss formulations, a complimentary haircut and restorative enhancement to keep your hair healthy and radiant. For new guests have extended their lightening sessions to 6+ months.
